How can I get a Guest Satisfaction Survey Coupon?
These surveys help us improve the dining experience that we provide you. Surveys are printed out randomly, approximately one for every 25 guest checks. The coupon prints on individual checks, not groups of checks at one time.
Can the Guest Satisfaction coupon be used at any Smokey Bones?
Yes. The coupon can be used at any Smokey Bones location within 90 days from the visit when you received the coupon.
How do I make a request for a donation?
Smokey Bones wants to be actively involved in the communities in which we live and work. Please submit a donation request in writing to the general manager of your local Smokey Bones.

Coupons are made available periodically through inserts in the Sunday newspaper or at local Smokey Bones events. We do not issue coupons from our offices or restaurants.

Our recipes are proprietary information. It is our way
of keeping Smokey Bones unique. However, from time
to time we create “at home” versions of select
recipes for you to enjoy. In that special circumstance,
those recipes will be featured on this website.

While we would love to hear what you think about any of our current menu items or suggestions for new items, we cannot accept recipes.
