Smokey Bones Managers rotate between the three roles of Service, Culinary, and Bar Manager. This ensures a thorough understanding of all areas of the restaurant and allows managers to make informed decisions across all disciplines.
Service Manager :
Demonstrates leadership to ensure Smokey Bones is known for the friendliness of our people who serve great-tasting barbeque in an energetic atmosphere to every guest, every time. Leads by embracing and promoting Our Backbones: the Vision, Values and Operating Priorities. Plans, prepares, and executes every day to ensure guests receive “top box” service through the successful execution of all service-related standards and initiatives. Selects and trains highly skilled service-oriented teammates and motivates and retains them by providing ongoing training and development. Creates a friendliness and fun environment that builds energy, warmth, and enthusiasm. Uses guest, manager and teammate feedback to regularly evaluate service levels and develop plans for continuous improvement. Ignites a passion for “Being of Service" within the entire restaurant team and ensures each guest is delighted with a competitively superior dining experience.
