Smokey Bones Managers rotate between the three roles of Service, Culinary, and Bar Manager. This ensures a thorough understanding of all areas of the restaurant and allows managers to make informed decisions across all disciplines.

Culinary Manager :
Demonstrates leadership to ensure Smokey Bones is known for the friendliness of our people who serve great-tasting barbeque in an energetic atmosphere to every guest, every time. Leads by embracing and promoting Our Backbones: the Vision, Values and Operating Priorities. Plans, prepares, and executes every day to ensure the prompt delivery of fresh, flavorful, hot and attractive food. Responsible for the efficient and successful execution of all culinary initiatives.  Selects and trains highly skilled Culinary Teammates and motivates and retains them by providing ongoing training and development.  Creates a friendliness and fun environment that builds energy, warmth, and enthusiasm.  Uses guest, manager and teammate feedback to regularly evaluate culinary execution levels and develop plans for continuous improvement.  Elevates the knowledge, skills and capabilities of the entire restaurant team to create a culture committed to Excellence in Food.
